⁉ī¸How we Work Together

EcoBottle emphasizes community involvement and collaboration among users, companies, authorities, and other organizations to ensure long-term success in recycling and environmental protection. An essential aspect of this effort is integrating the economic engine into the recycling process, particularly through Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs).

Step I: PET Collection

The process starts with users collecting PET bottles they have as waste. These users can be individuals, companies, institutions, or even local authorities. Selective collection is encouraged through awareness campaigns and rewards offered by EcoBottle.

Step II: Introducing PETs into RVMs

After collection, PET bottles are introduced into smart and connected RVMs strategically located in the community, such as shopping centers, subway or bus stations, parks, and large markets. These RVMs can automatically recognize and separate PET bottles from other types of waste, reducing human errors and optimizing collection.

Step III: Validation and Reward

Once PET bottles are inserted into RVMs, they will be automatically validated, and users will be rewarded for their effort through the economic engine. The RVMs will detect the quantity and type of PET bottles inserted and provide users with ECO tokens (the proprietary token of the EcoBottle platform) as a reward.

Step IV: Tokenization of PETs

PET bottles collected through RVMs will be tokenized using blockchain technology. This means each PET bottle will receive a unique and non-repeatable token, attesting to its origin and quality. Tokenizing PET bottles will ensure their traceability in the recycling chain and contribute to the transparency and security of the process.

Step V: Valorization and Recycling

Tokenized PET bottles will be collected by EcoBottle partners, which can be recycling specialized companies or other partner organizations. These companies will take the PET bottles to valorize and recycle them, turning them into new products or materials.

Step VI: Circular Economy

In Action Partner companies can use the recycled PET bottles to produce new packaging, household items, or other products. This approach completes the circular economic cycle, where recycled PET bottles become resources for new products and are not discarded as waste.

Step VII: Monetizing Recycling

Once the recycled PET bottles are valorized, the EcoBottle community generates revenue. The profit will be redistributed to the liquidity pool, ensuring perpetual liquidity and price growth as long as plastic, glass, and aluminum containers are recycled. A portion will also go to the holders of the Ambassador title.

VIII: Restoring Romania's Image

Through community involvement and integrating the economic engine into the recycling process, Romania can become a positive example of sustainable development and innovation in waste management. Implementing the EcoBottle project and the economic engine will contribute to restoring Romania's image regarding environmental protection and the fight against climate change.
